Time Sensitive Inquiries?
There are moments when life has not fallen apart — but it is quietly heading in the wrong direction.
You are functioning. You are responsible. You are capable. And yet something is off.
Maybe you've been drinking more than you want to admit. Maybe you've been partying too much and it's catching up with you. Maybe substances, screens, food, or stimulation have crept in as coping. Maybe you've already detoxed and don't want to go straight back into the same environment.
Maybe you can feel that if you don't pause now, this becomes something bigger.
You can't leave your job. You can't leave your kids. You can't disappear for 30 days into a treatment facility. And honestly? You're not sure you're "bad enough" for that anyway.
The drinking has crept up. The partying has become more frequent. The emotional eating. The weed. The collapse at the end of each day. The burnout that's becoming harder to hide. You're still functioning, still showing up — but the cost is rising.
This is the reset that fits into your life. Not a month away. Not a clinical detox. Not a therapeutic deep-dive. Just seven days of sober living — sober in all the ways — that puts you back in the driver's seat, in control of your own life.
You return to your job clearer. To your family steadier. To yourself regulated. Back in control.
A 7-day, contained reset stay in a quiet, carefully selected setting in Portugal. The focus is not emotional processing or group sharing.
The focus is regulation, rhythm, and nervous system stabilization.
Each day follows a simple, stabilizing rhythm designed to reduce cognitive load and nervous system activation. Support is available in defined windows — not constant engagement.

Reset Recovery exists in the space where daily life meets clinical support. It's structured containment without the institutional setting. It's intensive stabilization without the label of "treatment." It's the reset you can take without dismantling your life.
Think of it as a private, professionally-guided pause—designed for people who recognize the warning signs early and want to interrupt the pattern before it requires more serious intervention. You get the benefit of expert guidance, environmental change, and behavioral reset, all within a timeframe that fits your reality.
This is not a clinical treatment program or medical detox facility.
This is not a therapeutic intervention or emotional processing retreat.
There is no expectation to fix anything in seven days.
While seven days is our standard program, we welcome and encourage longer stays for those who need additional time to stabilize and integrate.
Contained reset period with structured daily rhythm
Quiet, carefully selected setting away from daily triggers
Highly selective, intimate program ensuring personalized attention
Available in defined windows, not constant engagement

This offering is intentionally selective and designed for high-responsibility adults who want privacy, containment, and early intervention before escalation. With only 4 guests per week, we ensure true personalization and professional attention.
This brief screening helps ensure Reset Recovery is the right fit for your situation. We want to make sure you get the care you need.

While this experience is not designed as a social or group-based program, we recognize that some individuals may benefit from having space to speak, reflect, or gently work through what they are carrying.
Seasoned coaches with therapeutic training are available throughout the week for those who choose to engage. These conversations are entirely optional and never required.
Support is available — not imposed. Connection is possible — not required.
Every guest's program is uniquely designed based on their individual needs, history, and goals. We combine evidence-based modalities to create a personalized pathway to recovery and stabilization.
A core component of your reset is learning how compulsive behaviors and addiction develop, how they function in your nervous system, and what keeps them in place. This isn't clinical jargon— it's practical understanding that helps you recognize patterns and make different choices.
You'll explore the neurobiology of habit formation, the role of stress and emotional regulation, and the specific triggers that activate your compulsive patterns. Understanding the "why" behind your behavior is the first step toward changing it.
Our coaching approach focuses on recovery support and expanding your understanding of options for moving out of compulsive behavior. This is not about judgment or "fixing" you—it's about education, exploration, and empowerment.
Coaching sessions help you:
We offer both optional group work and personalized individual coaching sessions. The choice is entirely yours.
Connect with other guests in a safe, confidential setting. Group sessions focus on shared learning, psychoeducation, and the therapeutic power of knowing you're not alone. Attendance is completely optional.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs, history, and goals. These sessions are personalized, confidential, and designed to address your unique situation and recovery path.
Before your arrival, we conduct a thorough intake to understand your history, current challenges, and what you need most during your seven days. Your program is then customized with a combination of modalities that best serve your recovery.
Your personalized program may include:
Somatic experiencing, somatic healing, and yoga to help your nervous system release stored tension and return to regulation
Evidence-based cognitive behavioral approaches to understand and shift thought patterns and behaviors
Guided practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and emotional regulation
Guidance on how diet and nutrition support nervous system regulation and recovery
Part of your reset involves understanding how your history has shaped your present. We explore—with compassion and without judgment— what has led you to this point. This isn't about blame or dwelling in the past; it's about understanding the roots of your patterns so you can make conscious choices moving forward.
By understanding the connection between your history and your present compulsive behaviors, you gain insight into what you need for recovery. This understanding becomes the foundation for sustainable change and the support systems that will serve you long-term.

Portugal offers more than a beautiful backdrop. It is a deliberate choice for your reset. The Algarve coast provides natural rhythm—the sound of waves, the quality of light, the pace of life itself supports your nervous system return to balance.
You are removed from your normal environment without the institutional feeling of a treatment facility. The landscape itself becomes part of your healing: ocean air, Mediterranean vegetation, the therapeutic effect of being near water and nature.
Portugal culture of slowing down, of valuing rest and connection, creates the perfect container for your seven days. You are not fighting against the environment—you are supported by it. The setting reinforces what you are working toward: steadiness, clarity, and a return to yourself.
The location is not luxury for luxury sake. It is strategic. It is part of the reset.

We keep it simple. You'll be in a contained, supportive environment designed for rest and reset. Here's what you need:
Casual, comfortable clothes for a week. Portugal's weather is mild year-round. Bring layers and comfortable walking shoes.
Toiletries, medications, and any personal care items. The retreat provides basics, but bring your preferred products.
Many guests find journaling helpful during the reset. Bring a journal if that appeals to you, or we can provide one.
Phones are permitted but encouraged to stay in your room during group times. We recommend leaving laptops at home.
The reset doesn't end on day 7. We provide structured support to help you integrate what you've learned and maintain the shifts you've made.
A structured call with Randi at day 30 to review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and reinforce the practices that worked.
Access to guided practices, reading materials, and tools to support your ongoing stabilization and recovery journey.
For those who want additional support, ongoing coaching sessions are available to help you stay on track and deepen your work.
Connect with other Reset Recovery alumni through a private community for ongoing support, accountability, and shared learning.
